Reservation Policy: 
A reservation is held with a deposit of $250 using a credit card. This deposit will serve as the security deposit also. This is the only way to reserve a property. Upon receipt of your deposit, a rental agreement will be furnished to review, sign, and return to us. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of your signed rental agreement. The balance owed for your stay will be due 30 days prior to arrival date, along with the cleaning fee.  This payment to be paid with check or cashiers check. Credit card can be used with a small surcharge attached.

A cleaning fee of $50 – $200 is required for post-departure cleaning. An additional $100 cleaning fee is required for stays with approved pets. A fully refundable $250 security deposit is required for each reservation, regardless of the duration of your stay. For private events and weddings, an additional security deposit may be required. An additional deposit may be required for guests bringing pets.

Security Deposit Policy: 
Security Deposits taken by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If no damage has been incurred, the full amount of $250 will be returned to Occupant within 3 days of departure. All or any portion of the security deposit may be used as reasonably necessary to cure non-sufficient funds fees or other sums due; repair damage, excluding ordinary wear and tear caused by occupant or occupant’s guests; clean the premises and/or replace personal property.  Within three weeks after Occupant vacates the premises, Owner shall furnish occupant with an itemized statement indicating the amount of any security deposit withheld and the basis for its disposition.

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $25 cancellation fee. If Occupant cancels or otherwise terminates this Agreement within 30 days of occupancy date, the rental charges will not be refunded unless the Premises are re-rented to another party at the same rate or higher.

Check-in / Check-out Procedures: 
Check-in time is 4:00 pm on the arrival date. Upon receipt of final payment, guest will be furnished with check-in instructions and directions to the property. If you desire an earlier arrival time, please contact us the week prior to your arrival.

Check-out time is at 10:00 am on the departure date. Keys to the house should be left inside on the dining room table and the door locked on the way out. A $150 charge will be required for any lost keys.

General Policies: 
Smoking is not permitted at any properties managed by Coastal Casitas.

All homes are located in residential neighborhoods, and guests are expected to be respectful of noise ordinances and neighbors. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Please take note of the maximum number of guests allowed in the homes and condos before making your reservation, as this policy is strictly enforced.

Home & Condo Equipment: 
All homes and condos are equipped for basic vacation needs. All bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Kitchen utensils and a starter supply of soap and paper products are made available for all rentals. Internet access is provided at all locations and not to be used in a commercial application our used unlawfully.
